Under the assistance of the Chinese government, Government of Sri Lanka developed two storey building that consists of 148 beds including Out-patient Services, In-patient Services, Labour Rooms, Laboratories, ICUs, Operation Theatres, and associated facilities fitted with upgraded and technologically advanced medical equipment. DEMAQ extends its services to the nation by providing:
- Low Voltage Electrical System.
- Extra Low Voltage Systems.
- Fire Protection and Detection Systems.
- Plumbing Services Systems.
